Right when I wanted to start recovering, I got the joy of being met with the searing pain the process of braces results in. All I’ve had today is a protein smoothie and half a bowl of mashed potatoes. I cannot even snack on nuts or eat any solid food. I can feel my bones aching for food but I just don’t know what to do. This recovery just got 50X harder. I’m 100lbs and 5’8. Please help! Which foods will allow me to consume more than 1000 calories?!?

Recover.

Breakfast: -A slice of whole wheat toast with Adams 100% natural peanut butter, and bananas.
-Protein shake: (banana, mixed berries and Vanilla ice cream whey isolate)
Lunch: a deli sandwich: whole wheat toast, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and green peppers.
Dinner: 1 chapatti with sautéed cauliflower.
(got bands put on so also had a bowl of vector that I let soak)

I did not count one calorie. FUCK YOU EDNOS.

Today was a day that I finally have come to terms eight he act that I have an eating disorder.
My daily intake was:
A cup of toast
Green Tea
A bowl of fruits
Green Tea
And an overwhelming amount of water I replenished my organs with.

Today was also the day I went out and bought protein powder as I’ve been getting an increasing amount of people concerned about my weight. My wrists are barely skin and all I see is bone.
I’m making a change. I’m trying. Please Ana, just help me get over you.

Anonymous asked: How can you keep up your thinspiration? Every time I go to the dining hall I see everyone else eat less, feel fuller, and I then go snack in my room. Please help. I'm still 24 lbs away from my goal.

It’s all self control and how much you can control your mind. If your mind wants to eat, you want to eat and vice versa. Once you’ve mastered control over your mind, the pounds will melt off in no time.
