Daily Intake.
Breakfast:
Half a cup of oatmeal with a teaspoon of nutella and half a banana.
1cup of coffee
Lunch:
Tall pike place from Starbucks
Snack:
Apple
Pear
Tall soy green tea frap from Starbucks. (it was happy hour! Done for the week)
Dinner:
Half a cup of special k vanilla almond.
+ around 4L of water.
A little higher than I expected but I will definitely not be letting any fraps for myself any time soon!
